Founder and Principal
Before founding FLAG, Ben coordinated and managed consultant teams and hundreds of millions in renovation expenditures at Caruso, AvantStay, and Sonder across hotels, multifamily, retail, and F&B, while building an appreciation for the transparency and visibility that all owners need into their projects without needing to manage every detail themselves.
Co-founder and CRO
Hardik joined Ben in building FLAG after their paths crossed at Sonder. Prior to that, Hardik gained a wealth of experience ranging from Hilton Luxury, Resort & Mixed-Use Development to CBRE Hotels before focusing on business development and growth in the development management space. Hardik holds a Master of Real Estate Development degree from the USC Dollinger school.

Jim brings a foundation in architecture at HKS and senior leadership experience across design, construction, hospitality operations, and capital management. His work spans hotels, resorts, restaurants, sports, commercial, and institutional projects, with leadership roles at Choice Hotels, VIVÂMEE, and HVMG. As Vice President of Capital Management at Aimbridge Hospitality, he led capital planning, procurement, and technical services supporting owners and operating teams. Jim holds a Master of Architecture from The Catholic University of America.
